1. Are BXY lash products beginner-friendly?
Yes! Our products are designed for both beginners and advanced lash artists. If you’re new, start slow and follow proper lash protocols for best results.
2. Are your lash products professional-grade?
Absolutely. All BXY lash products are professional-grade and salon-approved, created by a licensed cosmetologist and lash educator.
3. Do you test your products on clients?
Yes. Every product is thoroughly tested in real-client settings before release to ensure performance, safety, and consistency.
4. Is your lash adhesive safe for sensitive eyes?
Our adhesive works best for clients without severe sensitivities. We always recommend performing a patch test 24–48 hours prior to full application.
5. How long does the lash adhesive last once opened?
Once opened, adhesive is best used within 4–6 weeks for optimal retention. Unopened bottles can last up to 6 months when stored properly.
6. How should I store my lash adhesive and bonder?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Keep lids tightly closed after each use.
7. Are your lash trays cruelty-free?
Yes 💕 All BXY lash trays are 100% cruelty-free.
8. Do your lash products improve retention?
Yes! When used correctly with proper prep, our adhesive and bonder are designed to enhance retention and reduce lash fallout.
9. Can I use BXY products with other brands?
Yes, but for best results, we recommend using the full BXY system together.
10. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
11. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary based on location.
12. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! DFW local pickup is available. Pickup details will be sent after checkout.
13. Are your products latex-free?
Yes, our products are latex-free.
14. Are your products safe for pregnant clients?
We always recommend pregnant clients consult with their healthcare provider before receiving lash services or using professional lash products.
